Last monday was an off-day for me… wife went to work and Mu’aaz and me at home… yes… just the two of us at home
For any proud father out there, try this and you will highly appreciate your wife or your in-laws (if you leave your baby at the in-laws)
So what we did during the absence of Mu’aaz’s mother?:
1. Mu’aaz woke up JUST 5 minutes after his mother left.
2. A bottle of milk for Mu’aaz.
3. Time for morning bath… this is the hardest thing, Mu’aaz got too excited even before water touches his skin.
4. More milk and a half an hour nap.
5. Woke up – milk – nap – woke up – milk – nap… (of cause there were tickling on the stomach and laughing together time in between
)
6. Finally Mu’aaz’s mother came back from work… fuuhhh…
Although a bit tiring (less nap time for me
) I willing to do this again next week
Mu’aaz’s smile and laughter is a good enough reason to do this again and again – just ignore the crying… babies DO cries a lot
emmm… breakfast with boss today and he asked – Passport still valid? emmm… I wonder… how long this time?
wassalam.
